2.3. Processing and Preparation: Orders for baked goods are processed upon receipt of payment or within the agreed upon time frame of the Website. The time required to prepare baked goods for delivery will depend on the type and quantity of items ordered. We strive to meet all preparation timelines as indicated during checkout.

2.4. Delivery of Baked Goods: Baked goods are available for local delivery or pickup as specified during the checkout process. Delivery times are estimated, and while we aim to meet these estimates, Seriously Sweet Inc. is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or third-party delivery services.

2.5. Perishable Nature of Products: You acknowledge that baked goods are perishable items and that delivery or pickup must occur within the specified time frame to ensure product quality. Seriously Sweet Inc. is not responsible for issues arising from delayed or missed pickups or deliveries.

2.6. Refunds and Cancellations: Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in cases where Seriously Sweet Inc. is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Digital Products

These additional terms apply specifically to any digital products or services ("Digital Products") offered on the Website.

3.1. License: Upon purchasing a Digital Product, Seriously Sweet Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Digital Product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3.2. Restrictions: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Digital Products unless you have received prior written permission from Seriously Sweet Inc.

3.3. 3.4. No Refunds: All sales of Digital Products are final. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital downloads once they have been accessed or delivered.

4. Shipping and Delivery of Physical Products

4.1. Physical Goods: If applicable, orders for physical goods (excluding baked goods) will be processed and shipped in a timely manner. Shipping times may vary based on location and shipping provider. Seriously Sweet Inc. is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or any issues outside its reasonable control.

4.2. Digital Products: Upon successful payment, you will receive a link to download the Digital Product. It is your responsibility to ensure proper access to the provided link. Seriously Sweet Inc. is not responsible for technical difficulties that may prevent or delay the delivery of Digital Products.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Baked Goods: Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final, and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once an order has been placed, except in cases of serious defects or errors on the part of Seriously Sweet Inc. or at the discretion of Seriously Sweet Inc. on a case-by-case basis.

5.2. Physical Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase of physical goods, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Seriously Sweet Inc. reserves the right to deny returns or refunds for any products that do not meet these criteria.

5.3. Digital Products: As stated in Section 3.4, all sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable.
